FOOD SECURITY ASSISTANCE

CaribbeanOne works alongside local partners across the Caribbean to strengthen communities and respond to needs as they arise. If your organization is currently supporting families, schools, communities, or individuals experiencing food insecurity, you may request meal support through this form.

Please note:

• Food assistance availability varies based on current inventory and logistics.
  
• Submitting this form does not guarantee approval, but helps us assess needs across regions.
  
• Our team will review each request and follow up with next steps.
  
• This request is intended for one-time or occasional distributions, not for long-term program enrollment.

** Please email the following documents to  info@caribbeanone.org upon completing the application below**

• A copy of your organization’s legal authorization to operate in the country it operates in.
  
• A formal letter (in the country's primary language) requesting a donation from CarribeanOne. This letter should:
  
• Request humanitarian aid.
  
• Highlight the number of children/people who will be impacted by the donation.
  
• Be signed by your Country Director.
• A detailed distribution plan (template) including:
• Name and address of the institution(s) receiving the items.
  
• A list of beneficiaries.
  
• Contact details for the person responsible for pickup and coordination.
